Apple Cinnamon Bowl

2 apples
1 cup walnuts (preferably activated)
1 cup dates
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
Start by cutting your apples thin. You do not need to peel them if you do not wish to. Transfer them into a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon all over them. Blend the rest of the ingredients (walnuts, dates and maple syrup) in a high speed blender for couple of seconds and serve together with the apples. Enjoy!
