Avocado Burger

Sometimes we all give in to our cravings! But it does not mean you can’t steer them to a healthier meal! Try an avo burger instead of a cooked one...
You will need a few ingredients for the filling:
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1 lemon (juiced)
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp sundried tomato shreds
extra water to thin
Additionally you will need one or two ripe avocados, tomato, cucumber and red bell pepper slices and any additional veggies you might enjoy on your burger.
Blend all the filling ingredients in a blender. Cut the avocado in half and spread the filling evenly, add toppings, join both halves together and enjoy!
