Buckwheat Porridge

  • 1 cup buckwheat (soaked)

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 6 bananas

Soak your buckwheat kernels for 15 – 20 minutes in water. Rinse them afterwards and transfer them to a high speed blender. Add water and blend until smooth. Then add all the bananas and blend again. Pour the mixture into the cups and top with cinnamon and raisins. Enjoy!

Tip: on a cold day you can even blend a little longer to warm your porridge.
