Carrot pasta with Cabbage

Here’s what you will need:
3 large carrots
1/2 small Chinese cabbage
1 cup green peas
2 tbsps sesame seeds
dressing:
2 tbsps rice vinegar
2 tbsps tamari sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp almond butter
Start by making pasta using your three carrots and a vegetable peel. Rinse and chop your cabbage small and add to your pasta together with the peas and the sesame seeds. In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients and massage your carrots with it. Sprinkle some chilli flakes over and enjoy!
