Chia Cheese

This is the first time I tried to make a hard cheese that would be easy to cut and this recipe is a keeper! Future goals will be to make it look a bit more like a cheese, but the taste will be difficult to improve :)
Here is the list of everything you will need:
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup grinned chia seeds
1 heaping tsp turmeric powder
1 heaping tsp garlic powder
2 tsps spice mix (smoked pepper, red pepper, cilantro, fennel, oregano and cayenne pepper)
lavendel petals (optional topping)
If you own a grinder, start by grinding your chia seeds into a smooth powder. I - unfortunately - do not own one so I used my high speed blender which left me with partially whole chia seeds. It does not affect the taste, just the looks of it. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and put it into a cheese mold to let it sit in the fridge overnight. If you do not have a cheese mold, you can use a bowl, just make sure to line it with a muslim cloth or a bee's wrap first. That way it is easier to take out the cheese the next day. Enjoy!
