Then proceed by cutting the rest of the ingredients for the salad (except of the green peas) into long strips. Tip: you can even cut the stalks from the broccoli this way. Add the peas and blend with your hands. Proceed by distributing your salad onto the plates. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and top your salad.
