Raw Pancakes


Raw Pancakes

There is a few ingredients you need for these goodies:

  • 2 cups oats

  • 1 heaping tbsp almond butter

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 3 tbsps maple syrup

  • 2 tbsps chia seeds

  • 3 tbsps poppy seeds

  • 4-5 tbsps coconut cream

Toppings: coconut cream, frozen berry mix thawed

Start by soaking your oats, poppy and chia seeds together in a bowl. Only add a small amount of water so that your oats and seeds are covered. Let them soak for approximately 10 minutes. Then add all the ingredients into your food processor and blend them together. Prepare your dehydrator trays and line them up with parchment paper. Make small pancakes with your dough. You should get around 10. Dehydrate for 8-10 hours. You can flip them at the end of the drying time to get them crunchy from both sides. Top them with coconut cream and berries of your liking. Enjoy!
