Raw Poppyseed Roll

You will need:
2 cups almond flour
3 tbsps maple syrup
2 heaping tbsps almond butter
For the filling:
1 cup poppyseeds
2 cups dates
1/2 cup water
Start by mixing almond flour, maple syrup and almond butter in a bowl. Hands are best for this job. You want your dough to be nice and sticky. Add extra almond butter of water if needed. Your dough should come out as one big ball. Once done, spread it on a silicon sheet in a size roughly 20x30 cm long.
Continue with the filling. Grind your poppyseeds in a coffee grinder or your high speed blender. If you use your blender, add dates and water once done grinding and blend well. Once done, scrap the filling out and spread it evenly on the dough. Roll it together along the long side. Cut in pieces and enjoy!
