Raw Snickers Cake

This amazing cake needs no extra words, the taste speaks for itself!
So for the base layer you are gonna need:
1 cup Coconut cream*
1 cup coconut flour
3 tbsps agave syrup
PB layer:
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 cups soaked and blended dates
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
Chocolate layer:
3 heaping tbsps coconut oil
3 heaping tbsps cocoa powder
3 tbsps agave syrup
*I took the thick layer of cream from a coconut milk can. One can ended up being one cup of cream.
Start by mixing all the ingredients for the first layer in a bowl and transfer your mix into a small or medium spring cake form. Next blend your soaked dates leaving approximately half of the soaking water to create date paste. Blend the crushed peanuts and peanut butter together with the date paste into a sticky chunky mass and spread this on top of the coconut layer. Last but not least, prepare the chocolate layer by melting the coconut oil over a water bath and add agave syrup and cocoa powder. Stir well until smooth and pour it over your cake. Add crushed nuts if you like. I used Brazil nuts and peanuts. It was a great combo! I then freezed the cake to get a better cut and more crunch but to keep it in the fridge works too. Enjoy!
