Banana pancakes

Bananas are a staple food in the raw kitchen so why not try different creations with them? Pancake batter:
4 cups thawed ripe bananas*
1/2 cup coconut flour
Blend the bananas and coconut flour in a high speed blender and form either a large pancake or 3 small ones on your teflex dehydrator sheet. You want the pancake to be quite thick since it will lose half of its original thickness. Dehydrate overnight on living foods function, flip and dehydrate the other side for the last hour if needed. Serve with coconut cream and strawberries 🍓 *the reason I chose frozen and then thawed bananas is because they lose its moisture like this and this way you do not get that sticky syrup running down your dehydrator sheet AND you get to use your frozen bananas in a great recipe that kids love! 👍
