Cauliflower Broccoli Risotto

For this Risotto you have to go all in with
1 small cauliflower head
1/2 broccoli head
1 cup green peas
2 tbsp red or yellow curry powder
cherry tomatoes, spinach leaves, broccoli and cucumber as toppings
Separate the cauliflower and the broccoli in smaller bits and pieces and pulse them in your food processor until small. Then add peas and curry powder and mix them in. Serve your risotto on a bed of spinach leaves and topped with extra broccoli, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
