Chickpea Snack

Here is the right way to do it:

  • 2 cups sprouted chickpeas

  • 1 large garlic clove

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp "flaming dust" spice blend or any spice blend of your liking

  • salt and pepper

Start a day or two ahead. Take a cup of dried chickpeas and soak them overnight. In the morning, transfer them into a sprouting jar or bag and let them sprout a day or two. You want to see small "tails" sticking out. Once done, crush the garlic and blend it with sesame oil and the rest of the ingredients. Pour your spicy blend on the chickpeas and transfer them onto a parchment paper. Dehydrate on 42°C for 4-6 hours. Chose shorter if you want your chickpea snack soft, longer if you prefer to have a bit of a crunch. Enjoy!
