Lentil BBQ Salad

This is all you need:

  • 1/2 Romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 medium sized red cabbage

  • 3 large fermented cucumbers

  • 3 avocados

  • 2 cups lentil sprouts

The BBQ sauce consists of

  • 2 cups diced tomatoes

  • 3 tbsp molasses

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinaeger

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder

  • Pinch of black pepper

Start by chopping your veggies. You want your salad leaves to be chopped finely then transfer them to a bowl. Take a second bowl for diced avocados, cucumbers and lentils. In a blender, blend all the BBQ sauce ingredients together and add half of it to your avocado bowl. Save the other half for some nice veg dips. Serve the salad together with the sauce veggies. Enjoy!
