Chocolate Cookie Cups

Get yourself some cookie cup molds and these ingredients:
200 g raw dark chocolate
8 large medjool dates
1 cup hazelnuts
2 tbsps maple syrup
Start by melting the chocolate over water bath. Proceed with covering the bottom and sides of your cookie cup molds with chocolate. Do not forget to leave some for the top. Freeze the cups while preparing the filling. For the filling, mix the rest of the ingredients in a high speed blender. Fill in the cups, cover them with the rest of the chocolate, top with hazelnuts and voilá! Your cookie cups are ready to be eaten as soon as the chocolate on the top hardens. You can put your cookie cups into the freezer for about 30 mins for the best result.
