Cinnamon Buns

Can you imagine a treat so simple that it only needs 3 ingredients? A treat that is so mouthwatering that you can't stop eating it? Well this is it!
Cinnamon Buns ingredients:
10 ripe bananas
2 cups fresh pitted dates
3 tbsps cinnamon powder
water to blend
Now this recipe may seem simple but it takes a bit of your time to make it resemble the traditional cinnamon buns. Start by slicing the bananas along the long side, getting perhaps 3-4 slices out of each banana. You do not need to slice them thin since they may break once you try to roll them. If you fail in your cuttings, you can just freeze the banana pieces and use them for your smoothies so don't need to sweat it! Put your banana slices on your dehydrator trays and dehydrate on living foods setting for about 3-4 hours. Prepare the cinnamon date paste by blending the rest of the ingredients adding just as little water as you need to achieve a smooth blend. I usually add 1 cup. Once your paste is done, you can use your filling as it is or add some raisins or cocoa nibs or anything you may find in your cabinet that you like in your buns! Take the nanas from the dehydrator and place two slices together creating one long slice, put some of your paste on top and roll. Place your roll into the dehydrator and dehydrate overnight. Enjoy them best warm!
