Miso Soup

This soup is a deal breaker for everyone who wants to have a fast and nutritious meal that is low in fat and easy on your wallet!

Miso soup base ingredients:

  • 1 heaping tbsp raw fermented miso paste

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 4 cups filtered water

Extras:

  • 1/4 head of large Chinese cabbage

  • 1 cup edamame beans

  • 1 spring onion (greens)

  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes

Blend all the soup ingredients in a high speed blender. If you want your soup to be slightly warm, warm the water or blend longer. Chop the veggies and place them in a soup bowl. Pour the soup over and enjoy with a big spoon!
