Pear Smoothie Bowl

Here is what you will need:

  • 6 medium size pears

  • 7-8 dried apricots

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 tbsp holy basil or other favourite green powder of your choice

Toppings:

  • strawberries, goji berries, bananas, hemp seeds, cocoa nibs, blueberries

Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour out into your favourite bowl, top with goodies and enjoy!
