Raw Cinnamon Roll Cake

The cake consists of dough and a filling so let’s start with the first one:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup dates
1 cup water
Filling:
1 and 1/2 cup figs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 - 2 cups water
Mix rolled oats and coconut flakes in a high speed blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl then add cinnamon and cardamom powder. Blend the dates with water until you get date paste then mix this into the dry ingredients. For the filling blend all the ingredients using as little water as possible, use tamper if needed. Roll out the dough between two baking paper sheets as thin as possible. Distribute the filling evenly and wrap it in. Put the whole roll into the dehydrator for 3-4 hours, flip if using teflex sheet. Cut while still warm and enjoy!
