Raw Vegan Cream Cheese

So for this beautiful creation you will need:

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 dates

  • 1 probiotic (not prebiotic) capsule

  • 1 tsp salt (optional)

  • 1 diced spring leak

  • 2 tbsps fine chopped parsley

  • 2 tbsps crushed black pepper

Blend cashews, dates, water and probiotics until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a small bowl lined up with a cheese cloth alternatively cotton nut bag or muslin cloth. Put the cheese into a dehydrator overnight on 42 degrees. In the morning you can blend in the rest of the ingredients except of the crushed black pepper which will be used for coating the cheese. So after you blended in all your herbs and spices (go nuts 😋), twist them back into the cloth firmly to regain a nice form. Let cheese sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Before serving, dip the cheese into crushed black pepper and serve with your favorite veggies or crackers! Enjoy!
