Simple banana bread

So get these three ingredients:

  • 3 and a half cup almond pulp*

  • 2 cups banana flour

  • 2 large bananas

*almond pulp is leftovers from making almond milk. I usually make almond milk with 1 cup almonds/6 cups water ratio. Blend well then use the nut milk bag to squeeze out all the goodness. Drink the milk and freeze the almond pulp and use for this wonderful banana bread!

Blend the almond pulp and banana flour in a food processor. At the end add fresh ripe bananas and pulse till you get a dough. Put the dough onto a parchment paper on your dehydrator sheet and form a loaf. Dehydrate for 4-5 hours on 42 degrees Celsius/living foods option. Slice up and serve with some raw jam or peanut butter and cocoa nibs as shown in the pic.
