Quinoa Porridge


Quinoa Porridge

It works like this:

  • 4 medium apples

  • 5 dried apricots

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • cinnamon and sliced figs for topping

Place apples, apricots, flax seeds and water into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer your apple sauce into a bowl and mix in the flakes and raisins. Put in a fancy bowl, top with figs and cinnamon and enjoy. PS you can even use some nut or banana milk to finish it off.
