Sweet Mango Dressing


Mango Dressing

I absolutely love this dressing and it keeps getting better and better the more I do it... somehow. It gives the little extra to all the salads.

Dressing needs:

  • 1 ripe mango

  • 2 tbsps sun dried tomatoes

  • 1-2 garlic cloves

  • 2 pitted dates

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 lemon juiced

  • 1/2-1 cup water to blend

  • chilli pepper (optional)

For salad prepare: Shredded romaine lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, broccoli sprouts and pomegranate kernels.

Blend all the dressing ingredients in a high speed blender and top your salad to your liking. Enjoy!
