Tiramisu

This tiramisu is great for the whole family! It is coffee, sugar and oil free!
Here is the list for the base layer:
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup almond pulp
1/2 cup date powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Second layer:
1 cup date powder
1/2 cup carob powder
1/2 cup almond pulp
3-5 tbsp water
top with cocoa powder and edible flowers
So I just took two bowls and mixed the layers separately. Then I layered the dough into a cake form covered with parchment paper and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Thanks to the coconut cream the cake gets nice and firm. In the morning I cut out small cakes with a glass cup and put two layers on top of each other. It was a lovely treat! 😋
